Our Fitvibe machines are medically certified to European standards and are used by doctors, physiotherapists and other body experts for many rehabilitative and health reasons such and increasing bone density, reducing blood pressure, lifting levels of serotonin which give rise to the feel good hormones HGH, blood circulation and weight-loss.

The vibration plate utilizes the body’s unconscious reflexes, controlling a large number of muscle groups inaccessible during conventional training. This creates a very fast slimming and muscle toning action. David developed SlimmersEdge to enhance the nervous system, muscular system and endocrine system to realign many of the problems such as tiredness, lack of tone and obesity caused by general lack of activity due to the work place.

Diet Consultation

With a diet consultation you will discover ways to strengthen, cleanse and heal your body. David’s philosophy outlined in his book Inspiring Organics is to reboot the digestive enzymes to create better gut health and strengthen the kidneys to encourage greater detoxification and purity of the blood. With diet this is achieved by using the enzyme rich (Probiotic) fermented foods; brown rice vinegar, umeboshi vinegar, sauerkraut and miso soup.

The objective of a diet consultation is to re-establish balance so you may also be recommended to eat pungent foods like mizuna, watercress, mustard greens, red onion, daikon and radishes help break down stagnant fats in the body allowing for a further detoxification of the blood. Or perhaps adzuki beans, black beans, lentils or Natto, grains such as short grain brown rice, quinoa, barley or millet can also be recommended depending on your currant condition, what you are wanting to achieve such as weight-loss or health.

David’s diet advice is practical, easy to follow and not too restrictive. The plan is to make it work well with your current diet and eating regime.
